€22,500 Allocated For Minor Flood Mitigation Works

Funding of €22,500 has been approved for minor flood mitigation works in Tipperary.

The works in include the construction on a new surface water storm drain 200 metres long including manholes and chambers and civils works, outfall to existing open channel, at Gortnahoe.

The Minor Flood Mitigation Works and Coastal Protection Scheme was introduced by the Office of Public Works in 2009.
