Kane Scoops £30m Design And Build Contract

John Sisk & Sons has awarded Kane a £30 million design and build contract to deliver the MEP installation at Great Wolf Lodge Resort in Bicester, near Oxford.

Great Wolf Lodge Resort, an American brand, is the first of its kind in the UK and includes a 504-bedroom hotel, a large ground floor family entertainment centre including a bowling alley, restaurants and arcades which connect to a large waterpark.

Innovative service corridor modules and an offsite prefabricated Energy Centre will be designed and installed by Kane's in-house team on this project, ensuring quality assurance and efficient programming.
