Repair Works To Begin On Quoile Bridge, Downpatrick

Contractors have been appointed to repair Quoile Bridge in Downpatrick.

The works which begin on 27 November will repair a masonry bridge parapet which was damaged by a passing vehicle. In order to facilitate these works the road will be closed for approximately three weeks from 12 noon on 26 November.

An alternative route for traffic will be via A22 Old Belfast Road, A25 New Bridge Street, A7 Belfast Road / Downpatrick Road / Downpatrick Street, B7 Killyleagh Street / Road, B7 Ballytrim Road / Crossgar Road / Shrigley Road / High Street and A22 Downpatrick / Killyleagh Road.
