Cairn has been granted planning permission to build 565 high-quality houses, apartments and duplexes at Seven Mills in Dublin 22.
The announcement brings the total number of residential units that have been granted planning permission to almost 2,000 (c. 1,400 of which were granted in 2023) out of the 5,500 planned new homes that Cairn will deliver at Seven Mills.
In November, South Dublin County Council (SDCC) approved planning for 603 high-quality apartments in Seven Mills which will also see the construction of six retail units, a creche, an office building, and an urban square.
Construction of the first phase at Seven Mills began in January 2023 with 130 family homes now complete and the first residents now calling Parkleigh in Seven Mills home, less than 11 months after construction commenced.
