Farrans Delivers Positive Social Impact In 2023

Farrans has revealed that in 2023 it delivered a positive social impact by creating more career opportunities, holding educational programmes and making worthwhile donations to charities.

Through local outreach on Farrans' projects and the apprenticeship programme, the company welcomed 76 apprentices. As well as this, 70 graduates were recruited through local opportunities and the Farrans Foundation graduation programme.

Throughout the year, over 8500 young people took part in Farrans' education and skills outreach programmes. The construction company also worked with over 450 local suppliers including 15 plus social enterprises.

Farrans recorded that 37 community-led environmental events were held and a total of £51,500 was raised for charities in the areas that the company works in following different events and donations.
