More than 1,000 NIE Networks customers in Northern Ireland are beginning a third day without power.
In the latest update NIE Networks said that crews have been working throughout the night and this morning to restore power to homes across the country. Although approximately 1,400 homes remain without power since Sunday when Storm Isha hit.
Power has already been restored to over 52,000 customers since Sunday evening, following Storm Isha.
Yesterday, 23 January, the second storm, Storm Jocelyn, brought strong winds with gusts of up to 70 mph overnight.
A number of Community Assistance Centres will again open across Northern Ireland today from 4-8pm for those affected by power cuts. Customers can use the centres to get a warm drink and to charge devices.
