GRAHAM Reveals Bonnington Road Development Facade

County down headquartered, GRAHAM, has revealed the brickwork frontage at its Bonnington Road development in Edinburgh.

GRAHAM is on schedule to deliver 464 homes this Summer on behalf of PLATFORM_ and Heimstaden. A total of 114 of these homes will be much-needed affordable units.

At six storeys high, the development fits in well with the surrounding architecture and is spread across three residential blocks totalling 325,000 square foot.

The build-to-rent (BTR) development will include a fully equipped gym with yoga room and spin studio, cinema room, private dining room and open plan co-working space. The rooftop terraces overlooking the Water of Leith have been thoughtfully designed to provide residents with sociable outdoor space.

As sustainability has been at the heart of the project the building also includes electric vehicle charging points, mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) units and roof mounted solar panels for on-site power generation.

The project is due to complete in Summer 2024.
