Construction Works Are Underway At Fairhill Shopping Centre

Fairhill Shopping Centre has announced that construction works are underway on the centre in preparation for the opening of the new Primark store in 2025.

A Bonnar & Son are demolishing the section of the centre from the old River Island to the former Debenhams unit to allow the construction of Primark to begin later this year. The demolition phase is expected to be completed by May.

Due to the demolition works, the Parkway pedestrian entrance to the centre will be closed. Fairhill customers will be directed to access the Centre via the M&S entrance on the ground floor or first floor, or through the rooftop car park. During this period the rooftop and surface car park, at the front of the centre will remain open.
