GRAHAM's Miller's Quay Project Wins Pagabo Award

GRAHAM's project, Miller's Quay has scooped the prestigious 'Best Project Delivered above £30m' award.

Miller's Quay is the biggest development at Wirral Waters and the UK's largest, most sustainable regeneration project. The £130 million residential development has 500 apartments including 100 affordable homes, delivering significant sustainability, innovation and social value through strong and successful collaboration.

The first phase of this project will be complete this Summer with the project due to be complete in January 2025.

Alongside the Pagabo Awards 2024, Pagabo also celebrated its 10th anniversary. Representatives from GRAHAM's Building, Civil Engineering and Investments divisions were invited to the event.

Moya Murton, GRAHAM’s Framework Manager who attended the event, said: "As a key partner, GRAHAM was delighted to attend this special occasion to celebrate Pagabo’s journey so far and what it has planned for the future. We have been working with Pagabo for six years, it’s been a great partnership, and we look forward to continuing working with them in the future – hopefully on more fantastic, award-winning, projects like Miller’s Quay."
