GRAHAM Hosts NI Education Minister At Downpatrick Site

GRAHAM'S Building North team welcomed Northern Ireland's Minister for Education, Paul Givan, and a variety of guests and local dignitaries to the development of the new High School Campus at Downpatrick.

The group including local press agencies, received a detailed presentation on the development, followed by a Q&A session. This was succeeded by a site tour and lunch. Guests were also presented with a preview of the 3D finished school design as well as the first viewing of the drone video, showing the real-time progress being made on site.


The GRAHAM team said they look forward to completing this "best in class" £33 million state-of-the-art facility in Spring 2025 to provide modern classrooms and learning spaces, a sports hall, PE facilities and sports pitches which will cater for up to 950 pupils.

Guests that visited the school development included Very Rev Henry Hull (Vice Chair Gov), Maud Perry (School Principal), Paul Givan (Minister for Education of NI), Avril Heenan (Chair of Gov), Dawn Crosby (Gov), Andrew Miller (Senior Teacher), Charlie Knox (VP), Richard Daniells (VP), Keith Graham (Gov) and Brian McHenry (Regional Commercial Manager).
