Ten of McLaughlin & Harvey's sites has received recognition with Bronze, Silver and Gold accolades from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) at the 2024 award ceremonies held in Edinburgh and London.

Rewarding the UK's most considerate sites since 1998, the winners were presented with awards which are dependent on their performance against the Code of Considerate Practice, within similar project value bandings to ensure fairness.

They also introduced pre-insulated ducts on-site to reduce environmental impacts.

The University of Edinburgh's Usher Building project included building a teaching centre within a life sciences park situated on a greenfield site. Throughout the construction process, McLaughlin and Harvey showcased an outstanding dedication to attaining the utmost standards of excellence.
