New Social Housing Scheme Opens In Co Galway

Galway County Council has announced that a new 22-home social housing scheme was officially opened in Glenamaddy.

This new development was opened by the Leas Chathaoirleach of the County of Galway, Cllr. Evelyn Francis Parsons and Cathaoirleach of the Ballinasloe Municipal District, Cllr. Declan Geraghty.

With €6,118,074 in funding from the Department of Housing, Local Government, and Heritage under Housing for All, the Lakeview development marks the most recent addition to a succession of local authority-led housing initiatives unfolding throughout County Galway.
