The Department of Finance has declared the reappointment of four individuals to the Building Regulations Advisory Committee (NIBRAC).
Andrew Corbett, Andrew Frew, Cormac Freehill and Martin McCook have all secured their positions for another three-year term based on their expertise in building surveying, domestic construction, non-domestic construction and building regulation enforcement.
They were first appointed to NIBRAC on 1 March 2021 and their reappointments run until 28 February 2027.
NIBRAC, established under Article 4 of the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979, is a statutory body tasked with advising the Department on the modification of Building Regulations and related matters referred to it.
