A £236,000 carriageway resurfacing project on the A51 Marlacoo Road, Hamiltonsbawn, is scheduled to commence on Monday 12 August 2024.

The resurfacing will cover approximately 950 metres in two sections: 75 metres on either side of the Ballyloughan Road junction and from around 200 metres west of the Mullurg Road junction, extending 800 metres towards Hamiltonsbawn.

In order to facilitate the works a road closure will be in place from Monday to Friday between 08.00 am until 17.00 pm from Monday 12 August until Friday 23 August 2024.
