Kilkenny To Receive €78,453 For Flood Mitigation Works

Kilkenny County Council is set to receive €78,453 for proposed minor flood mitigation works and coastal protection works at Ardaloo, Jenkinstown.

Minister of State for the Office of Public Works, Kieran O'Donnell TD, approved the funding under the Minor Flood Mitigation Works and Coastal Protection Scheme.

The project will include constructing a flood wall around the property, upgrading the existing wall, installing a main flood gate and carrying out related tasks.
