CITB NI To Hold Event On CSR Changes

The Construction Industry Training Board Northern Ireland (CITB NI) has announced that it is holding an event on the changes to the Construction Skills Register.

This free event, taking place at CITB NI on Wednesday 25 September, from 9:00am to 11:30am, will provide information on the reasons behind the upcoming changes, along with guidance for both employers and employees. The event will also offer an overview of the current mutual recognition agreements with card schemes in other jurisdictions.

The event will cover a range of topics, including an overview of CSR, a summary of the upcoming changes, industry guidance and a Q&A session.

The course is designed for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the upcoming changes to the CSR scheme, including the requirement for skilled workers and above to obtain an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent by 31 December 2024.
