County Down headquartered, GRAHAM has announced that its PBSA project for Unite Students project in Edinburgh is progressing quickly with both cranes now installed at the Abbey Lane site.
The £59 million Burnet Point scheme, the first mixed-use residential development of its kind by Unite Students, will be one of their lowest carbon new-build properties to date. It will offer city centre living with 298 student bedrooms, 66 Build to Rent apartments and 17 affordable homes, alongside communal spaces, landscaped roof terraces and a focus on low carbon construction.
