GRAHAM's Build-to-Rent Development in Edinburgh Advances

County Down headquartered, GRAHAM, has announced that its Build to Rent (BTR) development in Edinburgh is progressing well.

Landscaping at the Bonnington Road development is beginning to take shape, making it easier to envision the ecological woodland area and pocket park where residents can unwind in a natural setting. The rooftop terraces overlooking the Water of Leith will offer thoughtfully designed spaces for residents to socialise.

Sustainability has been a key focus of the project which includes:

• Electric vehicle charging points

• Mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) units

• Roof mounted solar panels for on-site power generation
