The Belfast Telegraph has announced that entries for the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards, sponsored by broadband network provider Openreach, will close in three weeks.

There are 19 categories in total, including Property Personality of the Year, which is a non-entry category with the winner chosen by the judges. The panel of industry experts is led by Dr Sharon McClements, a senior lecturer in built environment at Ulster University. Entries close at 12pm on September 13.

This year, the new category of Regeneration Project of the Year is open to any project, regardless of size, that involves the redevelopment, repurposing or retrofitting of an existing building to achieve social, economic and environmental impact.

The awards ceremony, the most highly anticipated event of the year for the property industry, will be held at lunchtime on 25 October at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belfast.
