The Royal Society of Ulster Architects has welcomed a new public consultation from Belfast City Council, seeking input on Purpose Built Managed Student Accommodation Supplementary Planning Guidance (PBMSA SPG).
The consultation follows a commitment made in the Plan Strategy (PS) to prepare Supplementary Planning Guidance to support and clarify policies included within the Local Development Plan. Following this consultation and subject to any further amendments, it is intended to adopt the PBMSA SPG to support the assessment of relevant development proposals and decision making.
