Work on a £400,000 road improvement project is to start in Belfast.
The work on Wandsworth Road is to commence on Monday, 09 September 2024.
The scheme which extends between Hawthornden Road and Belmont Road will involve the resurfacing of the footways and carriageway.
To facilitate the work it will be necessary to implement daily road closures between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Infrastructure Minister John O'Dowd said: "This substantial investment of £400,000 for East Belfast will deliver significant benefits for residents and road users who travel through this area and demonstrates my commitment to improving our road network and creating further opportunities for active travel, which is vital for connecting our businesses and communities. I would like to thank residents, local businesses and commuters for their patience while this essential infrastructure work is carried out."
