A new FRASERS concept store is set to come to Dundee next year, with Northern Ireland construction firm GRAHAM appointed as lead contractor to fit out the space.

Located in the city's Overgate Shopping Centre, FRASERS Dundee will feature beauty concessions and also include Sports Direct, USC, Evans Cycles and GAME.

Frasers Group PLC appointed the GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out team to fit out the store, which will span three floors covering 65,000 sq ft.

The works are expected to be completed by GRAHAM in spring 2025.

"GRAHAM has a strong portfolio of high-quality interior fit outs for major high street brands and this latest contract with Frasers Group is testament to the impressive work delivered by our teams," said Matthew Gill, GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out Contracts Manager.

"The regeneration of the Overgate Shopping Centre will be a welcome boost for Dundee and we look forward to seeing efforts culminate to create a best-in-class retail experience."

The Overgate Shopping Centre was acquired in March 2023 by Frasers Group, who have also appointed GRAHAM to fit out the new Sports Direct store in the Trafford Palazzo shopping centre in Manchester.
