Essential junction alteration works commenced today in Carlow.

The works at Ballygowan Milford Bridges, L-3039-29 & L-1003-0, are being carried out by the Muinebheag Municipal District and are ongoing until Friday, December 13.

Temporary traffic lights will be in operation throughout the duration of works.

Carlow County Council wishes to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to members of the public who reside at or normally use the area in question and will endeavour to ensure the minimum disruption to motorists and to have the works completed by the appointed time.
