Northern Ireland construction firm GRAHAM has claimed two digital accolades at this year's Tech Fest Awards.
Tech Fest is a one-day festival, jointly set up by Construction News and New Civil Engineer, celebrating the projects, teams and companies embracing innovation and harnessing technology to propel the construction industry forward.
GRAHAM was awarded Digital Construction Project of the Year for the Clyde Waterfront regeneration scheme while also securing the title of Digital Contractor of the Year.
Regarding GRAHAM's Project of the Year award, judges said: "The Clyde Waterfront regeneration scheme exemplifies innovation in civil engineering.
"By leveraging Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), BIM and cutting-edge technology like GRAHAM's Biometric Standard and drones, the project has significantly reduced timelines while ensuring precision and safety.
"The collaboration, digital integration and technical excellence set a new standard for complex infrastructure projects, enhancing both community connectivity and sustainability."
Meanwhile, there were further compliments from the judges regarding GRAHAM's Digital Contractor of the Year award.
They stated: "A wide-ranging set of digital tools from BIM to gaming engines. The presentation demonstrated a clear strategy at board level down to transformational change on sites and the judges were impressed by the culture change and mindset that had resulted as part of the transformation process."
