Belfast-based energy equipment and solutions company Everun has made an agreement for engineering support of an additional portfolio of wind turbines in Northern Ireland.
Albion Capital, a UK venture capital and renewables specialist, signed the agreement with Everun, building on the longstanding relationship between the two companies and complementing a support agreement for an Albion solar installation signed earlier in the year.
As part of this deal, Everun will provide regular maintenance and fault management services to the new portfolio, as well as a remedial and life extension program.
Michael Thompson, Everun Managing Director, said: "We have had a great relationship with the investment team at Albion for many years, providing a range of engineering and asset management services to their portfolio of energy assets, and a seamless turnkey service.
"We are delighted to have added to the overall package of services with this new portfolio of single site turbines."
Marco Yu, Partner and Head of Renewables at Albion Capital, added: "Everun has consistently delivered exceptional support, helping us optimise the performance of our renewable assets in Northern Ireland.
"Their proactive approach and reliability made them the natural choice for these additional contracts. The seamless take-on process they’ve implemented ensures uninterrupted service to our turbines."
Everun is a leading provider of onshore wind turbine generator asset management and energy management services throughout the UK and Ireland, with over 400 wind turbine assets under management.
