Louth Affordable Housing Scheme Now Accepting Applicants

Applications are now open for a new Affordable Housing Scheme in County Louth.

The Drogheda-based Ballymakenny Park development, delivered by Castlethorn Construction in partnership with Louth County Council, includes ten new homes for sale.

All ten homes are being made available for sale through the affordable purchase arrangements, under the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated regulations.

Situated just 2.5km away from Drogheda town centre, Ballymakenny Park is located adjacent to the recently opened Port Access Northern Cross Route Road with direct access to the M1 Motorway and just 4km away from the M1 Retail Park.

The application portal will remain open until 5pm on Monday, March 3.
