dlr Architects Scoops LAMA Energy Award

Architects from Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (dlr) have scooped the best Energy Smart Initiative honours at this year's Local Authority Member's Association (LAMA) All-Ireland Community & Council Awards.

The award went to dlr for the implementation of a hybrid power system for St Laurence's Apartments and Library Construction site in Stillorgan.

This project is a partnership with Clancy Construction and JTM Energy, with its initiative contributing to Ireland's sustainability goals while enhancing air quality.

The award ceremony, which took place on Saturday, February 22, in Cork, serves to recognise and celebrate community and councils working together.
