A public consultation has been launched regarding the proposal of a new residential development in Dublin.
The development will be based at Leopardstown Road in Dublin 18 and consist of a mixture of 80 duplexes and apartments across two blocks ranging in height from three to six stories. These would include 31 no. one-bed, 18 no. two-bed (three-person), 21 no. two-bed (four-person) and 10 no. three-bed units.
Plans also account for associated infrastructure including an open space and car/cycle parking, as well as site clearance works, demolition of existing buildings, a construction phase to include new surface water drainage infrastructure, connection to electricity and wastewater networks.
The public have been asked to express their views on the proposal following an agreement made between property developers Winterbrook and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

• Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum, between the hours of 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays;
• Online.
Submissions can be made via the online portal, by email or in writing, marked PC/H/01/2025 - Proposed Residential Development at Leopardstown Road, addressed to Housing Delivery, Housing Department, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire.
Deadline for submissions is 4.30pm on Tuesday, April 8.
