John Paul Construction Tops Out Castleforbes Project

Dublin-based John Paul Construction have announced the topping out of its Castleforbes Precast Façade project.

The landmark 18-storey tower is the fifth building to reach this milestone within the Castleforbes Residential Development in Dublin's docklands.

The Castleforbes development delivers 702 apartments across eight blocks, with heights ranging from 8 to 18 storeys, and offers bespoke amenities including gyms, working areas, a cultural building and vibrant landscaped spaces.

The façade, featuring modular precast panels by Techrete UK & Ireland, was manufactured off-site with windows pre-installed, ensuring efficiency, superior quality and sustainability.

Manufacturing these panels off-site significantly reduced waste, optimised material usage and enhanced energy efficiency during production, aligning with John Paul Construction's commitment to building smarter and reducing environmental impact.
