Roadworks will take place next month at a railway level crossing in Grange, County Tipperary.
The works include the renewal of the road surface on the level crossing, re-painting of road line markings and installation of anti-skid surface at the XC133 level crossing.
Tipperary County Council has proposed a nightly closure of the R-497-8 at XC133 Grange Level Crossing during the works, from 10pm to 6am, from Monday, March 24 to Saturday, March 29.
Stop and Go traffic management will be in operation during this timeframe.
Traffic travelling from Tipperary town on the R497 will be diverted towards Dundrum at Rosanna Road cross roads onto the R661 and R505.
Traffic travelling from Donohill will be diverted towards Dundrum on the R505 and then onto the R661 to Tipperary Town.
