Water Supply Resumes In South Dublin Following Repairs

Normal water supply has returned to the South Dublin area following successful repair works, Uisce Éireann has announced.

A defect on a large water main caused disruption to the utility company's customers in Orwell, Perrystown, Crumlin Cross, Wainsfort and Templeogue on Friday, February 28.

Uisce Éireann's Daniel Kennedy thanked those affected for their patience while the operational issues were addressed.

"We understand the inconvenience of an unplanned outage and we thank customers for their support," said Daniel.

Water levels have since returned to normal.
