Water Supply Returns To Wexford Following Works

Normal operations have resumed at the Gorey Water Treatment Plant in County Wexford after successful works were carried out by utilities company Uisce Éireann.

An interruption to the water supply impacted customers in Ballyminaun, Gorey and surrounding areas, however, Uisce Éireann announced this issue was rectified over the weekend.

A statement released by the company said: "Uisce Éireann thanks those affected for their patience while the interruption to supply was addressed. Uisce Éireann understand the inconvenience of an unplanned outage and we thank customers for their support."
