Dublin-based John Paul Construction is continuing to make 'great progress' on its Harcourt Square project for Hibernia REG which is set to be a flagship city-centre development.
After 26 months on-site, the unitised façade for Block A is nearing completion, while installation of the first unitised panels for Block B is now underway.
This month will also see the removal of the first of John Paul Construction's five tower cranes, with the second set to follow shortly after.
Discussing the works further, a statement from John Paul Construction said: "Internally, fitout works in Block A are advancing across multiple floors, and Block B has now entered its fitout phase. Meanwhile, the first batch of primary mechanical plant has been successfully lifted onto the roof of Block A using our tower cranes, with further deliveries scheduled next month."
