Northern Ireland-based precast concrete manufacturer and supplier FP McCann recently hosted a lean tour at its newly acquired Macrete depot in Toomebridge, County Antrim.

During the event, participants from FP McCann's 13 UK manufacturing facilities were guided through the depot’s key operations, witnessing how the company integrates lean principles across its manufacturing processes.


From efficient material flow to real-time performance tracking, FP McCann showcased its innovative approach to reducing waste, optimising productivity, and maintaining the highest standards of precast concrete production.
