Proposed Road Closure For Leitrim Construction Works

A month-long road closure has been proposed to take place in Manorhamilton, County Leitrim, to facilitate construction works.

The R280 at Sean MacDiarmada Street, at its junction with the N16-2 to the junction with the R282-1 and Creamery Road, will close from April 16 to May 16 for the purpose of facilitating planned works to demolish an existing building and construct social housing on Sean MacDiarmada Street.

Alternative routes will be available via the L2643-3 Park Road and R282-1 Skreeney Road. All diversions will be signposted.
