Jarleth Heneghan, a Partner in William Fry's Construction & Engineering practice, has been named the exclusive 2025 Client Choice winner for Construction in Ireland.

Jarleth received the prestigious award at a celebratory dinner held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Selected by Client Choice's team of researchers, the award recognises professionals who add real value to their clients’ businesses. This marks the second consecutive year that Jarleth has received this honour.

Specialising in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, Jarleth advises state entities, international clients, developers, financial institutions, professionals, and contractors. His expertise spans Irish and international construction and engineering agreements, procurement, and dispute resolution, covering standard forms such as RIAI, IEI, GCCC, JCT, NEC, and FIDIC. Additionally, he advises on PPP/PFI matters and alternative dispute resolution methods, including conciliation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and construction insolvency issues.

Recent and ongoing work highlights include advising the Developer on the development financing and construction of Google Ireland's Boland's Quay office and residential development, the redevelopment of the net-zero carbon Irish Life headquarters campus, and acting for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on the rollout and operation of the National Broadband Plan – Ireland’s largest construction project. He has also advised EirGrid on emergency power generation plants and supported the daa on the procurement and development of major infrastructure projects at Dublin Airport.
