TLI Group Achieves Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer Standard

TLI Group, a prominent critical utility infrastructure service provider operating across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK, has been awarded Engineers Ireland's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accredited Employer Standard.

The company, headquartered in Abbeydorney, County Kerry, and with nine offices nationwide, is involved in delivering significant multi-disciplinary projects across its four business units: Power: Transmission & Distribution, Renewables & Engineering, Smart Energy Services, and Telecoms.

Established in 2000, TLI Group has played a key role in developing critical utility infrastructure, focusing on creating safe, reliable, and sustainable networks for future generations. TLI Group's company culture emphasises employee growth and well-being within a supportive and collaborative work environment. This focus has led to the industry recognition of achieving the Engineers Ireland CPD Employer Standard.

The Standard is designed to assist organisations in enhancing the competence of their engineers, fostering agile and adaptable employees who are encouraged to innovate and develop new solutions. Organisations that achieve this standard often find themselves better equipped to manage business changes and disruptions, while also being more successful in attracting and retaining talented employees.

Ruairí Geary, Director of Renewables and Engineering at TLI Group, commented on the award: "TLI Group is proud to be awarded the CPD Accredited Employer Standard by Engineers Ireland. Obtaining the CPD Accredited Employer Standard is an acknowledgement of the importance of our company core values and reinforces our commitment to the ongoing learning and development of all our team."

Damien Owens, Director General of Engineers Ireland, added: "TLI Group's focus on fostering a culture of development of its people, centred on well-being, health, and safety, have ensured it has achieved success after success in the course of its 25 years of operation. Joining the more than 170 engineering organisations that have now been awarded the Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer Standard, TLI Group stands amongst the best engineering firms in Ireland in continuing professional development of its people."
