For the third consecutive term, Lisburn-based offsite construction firm McAvoy has been reappointed to the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Modular Building Framework.
The four-year framework streamlines the procurement of modular buildings for public sector organisations. McAvoy has secured six Lots, covering both permanent and rental modular solutions. These include standard and bespoke buildings designed to meet the specific needs of the education, healthcare, and wider public sectors.
Commenting on this latest framework appointment, Stephen Clayton, Preconstruction Director at McAvoy, said: "Being reappointed to the NHS SBS Framework for a third term is a significant achievement for McAvoy. We're proud to continue supporting the UK public sector with innovative modular solutions that prioritise sustainability, quality, and speed of delivery. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team."
The NHS SBS Framework offers public sector clients a simplified route to market, with access to prequalified suppliers and the option to procure through direct award or mini competition.
