Mantis Cranes And McMenamin Engineering To Create 15 New Jobs

Family-run sister companies Mantis Cranes and McMenamin Engineering are delighted to announce the creation of 15 new roles at their shared headquarters in Killygordon, County Donegal, over the next 18 months, driven by continued business growth and strategic investment across both organisations.

With a combined heritage spanning 65 years, the companies have established themselves as industry leaders in their respective sectors:

• Mantis Cranes, established 25 years ago, specialises in the hire and sale of self-erector cranes, tower cranes, luffing tower cranes, construction hoists, and lifting accessories, delivering innovative lifting solutions across Ireland and the UK.

• McMenamin Engineering, founded 40 years ago, is a highly regarded provider of structural steel and cladding, known for its unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and engineering excellence.

The creation of these new positions supports the companies' ongoing expansion and reflects their shared dedication to innovation, safety, and service excellence. Roles will be available across a variety of functions, including engineering and design, fabrication, maintenance, sales and estimating, and administrative support.

Recruitment is already underway, with opportunities open to both experienced professionals and young people seeking apprenticeships and long-term career development within the local community.
