Phase 5 Applications To Open For South Dublin Housing Scheme

Applications will open next month for Phase 5 of the Kilcarbery Grange affordable housing scheme, South Dublin County Council (SDCC) has announced.

A total of 70 new homes are being offered for sale during Phase 5 by SDCC under an Affordable Dwelling Purchase Agreement (ADPA) for first-time buyers only. These include one, one-bedroom home, 12 two-bedroom homes, 52 three-bedroom homes and five, four-bedroom homes.

Kilcarbery Grange is an exciting development of over 1,000 new homes that will form a brand new community which will include a new civic square, a community building, a creche, a local retail unit and an abundance of open green space.

Applications for these new homes at Kilcarbery Grange must be made through the online portal which will open at 10am on Wednesday, August 6.
