Sinn Féin has welcomed a £680,000 road improvement scheme for Culloville Road in Crossmaglen.
Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins announced the investment, with work scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 27 August 2025. The scheme is expected to be completed by 31 October, with traffic management measures in place during the works.
Welcoming the news, Sinn Féin MLA Aoife Finnegan said: "This is welcome news for the people of Crossmaglen and south Armagh. Minister Kimmins is working to improve our road network across the north, making it safer for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. Traffic management arrangements will be in place, with the scheme set for completion by 31 October. Sinn Féin will continue working to upgrade our roads and our communities."
