Laois County Council is hosting an additional grant advisory clinic for contractors and property owners interested in renovating derelict and vacant buildings.
Following fully attended sessions in Portlaoise and Mountrath Libraries over the summer, the council is expanding the programme as part of a county-wide rollout.
The clinic will provide detailed guidance on available grants and funding supports, with face-to-face consultations from Laois County Council experts. Attendees can receive practical advice on eligibility criteria and the application process, helping contractors and property developers plan renovation projects efficiently.
The clinic will take place on Wednesday, September 17, at Portarlington Library. There are two sessions: 10.30am to 1.30pm and 2.30pm to 4pm. Admission is free, and no appointment is necessary.
