Ashleigh Contracts To Sell Over 200 Plant And Marine Assets

Ashleigh Contracts, a leading specialist marine civil engineering contractor, has appointed Wilsons Auctions to oversee the sale of more than 200 items of marine and coastal engineering equipment and construction machinery this September.

The auction will include a wide range of heavy plant and machinery located across Ireland and the UK. All items will be sold with no reserve, ensuring they go to the highest bidder on the day.

The catalogue features excavators, HGVs, dumpers, dozers, generators, digger buckets, attachments and more. Among the headline lots are two Hitachi EX1200 machines. The first is an EX1200 Long Reach, a 125-tonne excavator with 28m reach equipment, complete with a range of reach configurations and track extensions. The second is an EX1200 XXL, a 210-tonne heavy lift excavator capable of lifting 20 tonnes at its full 23m reach, supplied with a heavy-duty bucket, extension pieces and a drop bar for a clamshell bucket.

Ashleigh Contracts is releasing this equipment as part of its retirement auction, putting well-maintained, high-quality assets back into the market. Wilsons Auctions, the UK and Ireland's largest independent auction company, will manage the event.
