Carrigmore Woods, a new housing development in Citywest, Dublin, has officially opened, providing much-needed cost rental and social homes for the local community.
The development comprises six modern blocks set within landscaped communal spaces, delivering 153 cost rental homes and 137 social homes.
The project was constructed by Ardstone & Monami and officially opened by Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage James Browne TD, alongside Mayor Pamela Kearns of South Dublin County Council. The scheme was designed to combine high-quality build standards with a focus on creating a welcoming, sustainable neighbourhood.
McAdam Design acted as Employer's Representatives for Tuath Housing, supporting the delivery of the project and ensuring that construction met both programme and quality objectives. Carrigmore Woods highlights the ongoing commitment to providing secure and well-designed housing in Dublin, with Tuath currently supporting over 40,000 residents across their portfolio.
