County L'Derry-based Setanta Construction has started work on two new residential projects, one in Castledawson, Mid Ulster, and the other in Holywood, County Down.
In Castledawson, the site has been prepared and foundations laid for a two-storey timber frame build. The timber frame installation is scheduled to begin later this week, marking a key stage in the development.
At the Holywood site, work is progressing with the erection of a steel structure for a contemporary home. Once the steel frame is in place, a timber frame will be installed to further advance the build. Designed with a cantilevered structure and situated in an elevated position, the house will maximise the setting overlooking Belfast Lough.
With extensive experience in timber frame construction and off-site solutions, Setanta Construction continues to deliver projects with a focus on precision, quality and craftsmanship.
