Dublin-based contractor Mercury has expanded its employee support programme with the launch of the Mercury Wellbeing Hub.
The platform offers staff direct access to mental, physical, and financial wellbeing services, ensuring teams are supported both on site and off.
Through the Wellbeing Hub, employees can access counselling and psychotherapy, financial advice, nutrition guidance and physical therapy. The service is confidential, with no referral process or waiting lists, allowing staff to get support when they need it.
Niamh Gilmore, Mercury's Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, said: "The Wellbeing Hub reflects Mercury's commitment to supporting our people in every area of life. It provides confidential, practical resources that allow our teams to reach their full potential both at work and at home."
Safety remains at the core of Mercury's approach. Under the company's "Work Safe, Home Safe" value, safety is embedded in all training, processes, and day-to-day operations. By combining strong safety standards with wellbeing support, Mercury aims to create an environment where employees can perform at their best.
