Investigation Launches After Arson Attack On A Wind Turbine In Ardglass

An investigation has launched following an arson attack on a renewable wind energy in Ardglass.

The turbine, which was located on the Ardglass Road, was deliberately set on fire at around 3.30am last Thursday morning, 16 October, and completely destroyed the structure from the inside.

PSNI officers are appealing for witnesses or those with any information that could assist their enquiries, to get in touch by calling 101, quoting reference 936 16/10/25.
