GRAHAM Appoints Sean McNiff As Managing Director Of Interior Fit-Out Division

NI-headquartered construction firm GRAHAM has announced that its Interior Fit-Out division has appointed Sean McNiff as its new Managing Director.

McNiff steps into the role following his tenure as Operations Director, where he played a key part in the division's expansion and the successful delivery of major projects across the UK.

McNiff joined GRAHAM in April 2019 as a Design Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in architecture and project delivery. Over the past six years, he has risen through senior leadership positions, helping shape the division’s operational strategy and enhance client delivery.

During his time as Operations Director, McNiff led significant initiatives, including strengthening GRAHAM’s position within the competitive London fit-out market and developing strong relationships with clients such as M&S, BT, Deloitte, Primark, Watches of Switzerland, The Berkshire Golf Club, Fraser Group and Nike. His leadership has also been instrumental in the success of high-profile schemes including HMRC’s Regional Centre in Belfast and major CAT B workplace projects such as Deloitte Edinburgh, EE Newcastle and Leeds Trinity University.

In his new role, McNiff will oversee the continued growth of the Interior Fit-Out division, which records an annual turnover of more than £75 million and operates across the workplace, retail, leisure, entertainment and education sectors. He will lead a team of over 100 employees based throughout the UK.

Speaking about his appointment, McNiff said: "I am honoured to take on the role of Managing Director at such an exciting time for the division. Our success is fundamentally built on the trust our clients place in what we deliver. My focus will continue be on the development of our people and organisational structure to strengthen our existing relationships and develop new opportunities. Most importantly we will continue to be uncompromising in our approach to delivering exceptional projects."
