FP McCann has secured one of the headline accolades at the AIB Business Eye Awards 2025, taking home the Outstanding Leadership & Management Award at a ceremony in the ICC Belfast attended by leading companies from across Northern Ireland.

The company also received further recognition on the night, being Highly Commended in the Green/Sustainable Company of the Year category, a reflection of its continued focus on environmental responsibility and long-term sustainability investment.

The awards programme saw FP McCann shortlisted across five major categories, highlighting the scale and diversity of achievement within the business. The company was named a finalist for:

The win in the leadership category acknowledges the strategic direction and organisational development demonstrated by FP McCann as it continues to expand and evolve. The judging panel recognised the company's ability to steer a workforce of more than 1,700 employees through a period of growth, operational enhancement and sector innovation.

The commendation in the sustainability category reflects FP McCann’s progress on its environmental roadmap, including its Net Zero 2050 commitments, investment in renewable energy initiatives, and carbon-reduction strategies across its operations.

The company also celebrated the nomination of Henry Heron for Young Business Personality of the Year — a recognition of emerging talent within the organisation and the wider construction and manufacturing sector.
