The 2025 Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) WaterAid Charity Golf event raised £17,000.

Sponsor Jemma Catterson and organiser Michael Donnelly presented the proceeds to Dr Sara Venning, President of WaterAid NI and Chief Executive of NI Water.

Hosted at Rockmount Golf Club, the sell-out tournament continues to attract growing player interest and generate increased donations for WaterAid each year.

The organising committee thanked industry partners for their continued support, with Castlederg-based Lowry Building & Civil Engineering as the headline sponsor for the 2025 event.

Globally, one in ten people lack a reliable source of clean water close to home, and more than one in five do not have a decent toilet of their own.

NI Water leads the local WaterAid NI Committee and supports WaterAid’s vision of a world where everyone, everywhere has access to clean water, decent sanitation and good hygiene, helping to keep people safe and healthy.
